3 Ways to Thank Your Bridal Party

Every bride knows that she has had to rely on the various members of her bridal party for more things than she realized prior to her wedding. Her bridal party has visited locations with her, addressed invitations, taken her out for one last evening on being single. The tough question for every bride becomes, "How do I show appreciation for my bridal party in a way that will be lasting an touching?"

Here are three simple ways to thank the members of your bridal party for all the the help they have bestowed on you during the wedding period.

1. Send a photo of the group of you. Just about every wedding has a professional photographer on hand to take casual and arranged photos of the eventful day. Make sure that the photographer takes a photo specifically of just you and your wedding party. Once the photos have returned, order a print of the photo for every member of the bridal party. Keep in mind that if you have a large bridal party, the printing of the photos can be expensive. Bear in mind though that the members of your party are your love and support - so splurge a little.

Have the prints frame for each bridal party member. Write a note on the back of the frame letting your bridal party members know how important they are to you. Then, carefully pack and ship the photo off. You will have created a keepsake that the people close to you will cherish forever.

2. Engrave glasses for you and your bridal party. You can purchase custom engrave glassware online or from a catalog. Have glasses custom printed with a message to the members of your bridal party. Share a favorite quote or a word of thanks. Ship the glasses carefully, as they will have a tendency to break in the mail. Your bridal party members can use the glasses daily to remember the good times they experienced during your wedding.

3. Put together a slide show or video of the times you shared with your bridal party. Nearly everyone is in some way connected to a computer and the Internet. Thus, if you put together a thoughtful slideshow or video of the days leading up to your wedding, you will be able to give the gift of several megabytes of memories. Either mail a DVD to your friends or email a slideshow. The effects are immediate, though the preparation might take awhile.
